This place does a good service to those who WANT it. I believe the "big wigs" that own these clinics are sitting getting fat off the profits, while the heart of the clinics people (nurses, counselors, receptionists, front office people, and of course security) bust their butts for a very small dividend, considering the hours, and the type of people they deal with daily.. we CAN be very demanding, selfish and impatient people. The monies wouldn't change the staff, though, they do the job because they care. None of them HAVE to be there. There are much less stressful jobs elsewhere. I agree with the person who said we are not there to make friends. At least not to find your true love. We are there for a reason, not because we were great people in society. This place also saved me from a downward spiral and enabled me to complete my masters degree. The lines? Yes, there are technical problems which is not something the staff plans to mess with us...its the funding. I like the comment " I'm sure many of us have waited much longer for our drug of choice" I know I have. I like to act silly in line to make people laugh, rather than listen to people complain, or talk about their incarceration(s) and street life. Both attitudes are contagious. I'd rather leave there to begin my day with a smile and a laugh because...I am alive again, but can't vouch for anyone else. If we don't change, we are not going to make it.

This place saved my life with a couple of issues though. I waited for 6 months to get in, they are too lenient on those people that don't want sobriety just medication which resulted in way to many patients in a very small building. Random UA's done daily with only one bathroom. Great experience with security always keeping people in line. Overall my life is worth it so thank you

Sometimes the line is long but usually you get out of there within a half hour unless you've got to see a counselor or have another type of appointment....majority of the time I'm in & out within 10-15 mins. The receptionist Miss Janice is an extremely nice lady but way too many people are rude to her. My counselor Christi is awesome & the counselor Miss Rita who runs one of the weekly groups is great! All in all the staff here is super nice & helpful!

I would not have been sober as long as I am today without this clinic. Not only the medication, but the program itself works for me. I would highly recommend this clinic.

What Miss E said. Seriously? If it doesn't violate any laws, it's a seriously bad judgment call on Google's part. Most people go there with the expectation of anonymity. Just to have their pictures posted publicly? Shame on you! Maybe you could get a picture when its closed. You know, anytime after 12pm. Despicable. Otherwise, a great clinic. Depending on your counselor. But you can always request a new one if yours isn't working. Sometimes the wait is longer while new staff are being trained, but really, haven't most of the patients there waited longer for worse? People tend to post bad reviews the moment they have a bad experience, but not often when they have a good one. Yes, I've had bad days there, but I've been clean for 18 months thanks to them. That alone deserves 5 stars. Hopefully the photos get changed ASAP!

Attention Google you absolutely can not post pics of people coming out of the clinic!! It's a complete breech of clients confidential rights !!!

The staff is very caring and nice. I dont understand why people complain when I know it took longer to get dope lol the groups are helpful and as long as u do what u supposed to do it not hard at all. I want to thank them for even having a clinic like this available for us so we can get help and not die

Nurses and counselors (& other staff) are such nice ,wonderful , understanding ppl... I never had any issues or problems with them or any other patients . And I don't get why people complain about waiting for their medication, etc... I bet they would wait longer for their Drug of choice , etc.. I'm glad I had somewhere to go with the help I needed.& that 10th st. Clinic was there !!

I don't know why everybody gives such negative reviews. I've been going their for about a year and a half. Although you do have to wait sometimes, for the most part it's nice. Nice friendly people work there, the nurses are nice, and they have very experienced counselors to help you. The groups are kind of pointless in my mind but I suppose they do work. Some people do need them. There are wait times but it is much better than the alternative. Don't go try to make new friends their and you won't have a problem.
